SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
Manage SKU/DC inventory levels to within established targets to prevent stockouts and overstock situations especially during product transitions (promotional packaging new items and phase out items)
Timely and accurate entry of replenishment orders for the customer via SAP
Manage stock transfer process between customer shipto locations
Monitor and adjust min/max inventory levels on an ongoing basis to satisfy days on hand target
Manage customer expansions and new location as liaison between local team/3PL/IT/HQ collaborate with demand and field leadership on initialsend quantities based on targets availability and allocation. Followed by monitoring of loads to ensure no missed shipments.
Coordinate with Supply Planning colleagues on inbound shipments to 3PL provider and support RBNA inventory deployment strategy.
Work directly with Logistics vendor (Geodis) to identify inbounds/outbounds prioritize receiving committing inventory and customer delivery
Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Planning Team to successfully manage product transitions both end of life and new product introductions for VMI customers
Monitor and report on KPIs
TRAINING
Work with and support Manager in onboarding new team members through handon training coaching and reviewing work/results 9week onboarding)
Act as lead in maintaining a VMI resource library of process documents and training materials
MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT & SYSTEMS SUPPORT
Backend master data setup that includes Plant/location creation trouble shooting SKU maintenance ticket creation and tracking order testing
Support the team and customers through working with manager and leading analysis reporting and resolution confirmation of systematic issues in planning software and ERP (data incongruencies SAP job failures)
Managing address changes in system and timing with customers to ensure seamless continuity of deliveries when customers frequently move warehouses
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Act as main point of contact for customers and RBNA leads for all supply chain needs within assigned US territories. Direct more junior team members support of territory customers behind the scenes
Communicate with the customer about product stocking levels and seasonal fluctuations to ensure there are no stock outs or out of code risk.
Conduct customer reviews to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
Weekly/Monthly customer reporting (Inventory level PO report)
Lead weekly CPFR calls with RDOPs to align on midterm goals transparency of the supply chain adhoc requests and projects
LOGISTICS / TRANSPORTATION PLANNING
Create replenishment orders in full truckload quantities to minimize transportation costs and optimize truckload utilization.
PO manipulation (deconstructing and rebuilding) minimize LTLs and maximize FTLs
Optimize case pick/cross dock efficiency
Inventory deployment that will strike an optimal balance between supply chain and logistic target
Support project team to increase portdirect shipments
Work with customer(s) Logistics and vendor/3PL on customer delivery prioritizations
Maintain oversight on customer delivery expedites to ensure the right balance between logistical efficiency and customer DOH
Reconcile order/shipment discrepancies between internal and external systems
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus preferred
3 years of experience in Supply Chain related roles such as: demand planning supply planning or production planning
High caliber of professional interpersonal skills with excellent analytical conceptual and communication skills (both oral and written)
Selfmotivated team member who can drive resolution to issues with strong problemsolving skills.
Experience with SAP ERP SAP APO SNP SAP IBP; EDI is a plus.
Advanced user in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Access Visio)

This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $64080 to $96120 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
