Selected candidate will serve as Secretary to the Deputy of Skilled Trades. Specific duties will include but not be limited to the following:
1.Perform Maximo staffing updates for the Borough involving the inputting of new staff deactivating staff updating Call Center schedule hours etc.
2.Maintain the Deputy Directors calendar schedule meetings and appointments.
3.Create track and maintain comprehensive reports.
4.Analyze complex data and provide accurate reporting of Borough and Skilled Trade reports.
5.Perform other related duties as required.
Note: Position will require floating to various Brooklyn developments for occasional coverage.
NOTE: Preference will be given to CIVIL SERVICE BRDIGE EXAM# 3131 takers.
NOTE: IF THIS APPOINTMENT IS MADE ON A PROVISIONAL BASIS PURSUANT TO 65 OF THE NYS CIVIL SERVICE LAW NO TENURE OR PERMANENCE ACCRUES TO AN INCUMBENT IN THIS POSITION BY VIRTUE OF SUCH APPOINTMENT.

Qualifications :
A fouryear high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a States Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization
Skills Requirement: You will be required to meet the typing skills requirement by demonstrating the ability to type accurately on a personal computer at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute after errors are deducted. You must meet this requirement in order to be appointed.
