What you will do:
Sales Recruiting: Identify source and recruit highperforming sales professionals with the experience and skills necessary to succeed in a fastpaced B2C EdTech startup environment. Focus on highvolume recruitment for roles such as SDRs Senior Closers and Sales Supervisors.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn job boards social media platforms networking events and referrals to build a strong pipeline of candidates. Engage directly with both active and passive candidates presenting them with our compelling sales opportunities.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit for the organization. Present a shortlist of top candidates to hiring managers providing detailed summaries and insights for each.
EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for each candidate including job postings outreach interviews offers and onboarding. Ensure a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers delivering an exceptional experience throughout.
Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales leadership team and HR department to understand the unique needs of each sales position develop targeted recruitment strategies and ensure a clear understanding of the role requirements.
CommissionBased Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets with compensation based on commission per hire. The more successful placements you make the more you earn uncapped earning potential based on performance.
Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for the company promoting our mission and values while creating an attractive and engaging candidate experience. Communicate effectively the benefits of working for our EdTech startup and how candidates can thrive in our culture.
Market Insights: Keep uptodate with industry trends market compensation standards and competitive hiring practices to stay ahead in sourcing top sales talent.

- Base Uncapped Commission: This role offers a monthly base $600 $800 per month commission per hire you place with that makes it through our 1 week sales training program. The more placements talent you bring in the more you earn. Anticipated Total Monthly Earnings $1300 $2k (gross)

Requirements :
Proven Experience in Recruitment: preferably in highvolume sales hiring or within the EdTech or tech space.
Recruitment Process: Strong understanding of the sales recruitment process and what makes a successful sales professional in a startup environment.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage influence and build relationships with candidates at all levels.
Self Accountable: Goaloriented and driven by commissionbased compensation structures.
Detailed Multitasker: Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter job boards CRM systems) is a plus.
