Your Role & Responsibilities

Supporting Early Years Development Help children develop through a range of fun and engaging activities tailored to their individual needs.
Implementing the EYFS Framework Ensure that the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum is delivered effectively supporting childrens learning and development.
Observing and Assessing Regularly observe and assess childrens progress keeping accurate records and using this information to tailor learning experiences.
Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment Foster a caring supportive and safe environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore.
Collaborating with Team Members Work closely with fellow practitioners to deliver highquality care and education ensuring the nursery is a positive dynamic place for both staff and children.
Building Strong Relationships with Parents Support communication with parents and caregivers providing updates and engaging them in their childs progress.

What Were Looking For

We are looking for a practitioner who:
Holds a Level 3 Childcare Qualification Essential for this role.
Has experience in Early Years settings Experience working in an EYFS or nursery environment is highly desirable.
Is passionate about child development Enthusiastic about supporting childrens growth and wellbeing and excited to implement the EYFS curriculum.
Has strong communication skills Able to build positive relationships with children parents and colleagues.
Is a team player Collaborative flexible and dedicated to working in a team to create an outstanding early years experience.
Is caring and nurturing Compassionate and able to create a safe supportive environment where children can thrive.
