Job Description
In this role you will provide technical consulting implementation support and adoption strategies for Document Cloud solutions. Youll work closely with clients ensuring they get the most value from their investment.
What Youll Do
- Become an expert inDocument Cloud products
- Collaborate with customers to define technical and functional requirements and create tailored implementation roadmaps.
- Lead the solution design process ensuring seamless integration and highquality deployments.
- Provide postimplementation support including user training use case development and adoption strategies to maximize customer success.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor helping clients with APIs integrations and authentication protocols.
- Work across multiple stakeholders including business leaders engineers and project managers ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Partner with internal teams such as Project Managers Business Consultants and fellow Technical Consultants to drive outstanding results.
- Manage multiple customer engagements in a fastpaced environment while delivering exceptional service.
- Contribute to the teams growth and innovation bringing new ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
What You Need to Succeed
Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (written & spoken).
Technical Experience:
- Handson experience with REST APIs OAuth2.0 and cloud integrations.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML2.0 OIDC).
- Knowledge of HTTP HTML CSS and other web technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and O365 integrations (a plus).
- Proficiency in at least one serverside programming language (Java PHP Python NodeJS C# Ruby).
SaaS Implementation & Consulting: - Previous experience implementing SaaS business process management applications.
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong customerfacing skills including experience engaging with seniorlevel decisionmakers.
Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills: - Ability to analyze business needs identify technical challenges and design effective solutions.
