Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic Psychology Teacher looking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic and highachieving secondary school A leading school in Northampton is seeking an ambitious and dedicated educator to join their Psychology department from September 2025.
This is a fulltime permanent position ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to inspire students and contribute to a thriving academic environment.

- Teach Psychology to students at KS4 & KS5

Who We Are Looking For:
- A qualified Psychology Teacher with a degree in Psychology or a related field
- QTS or PGCE qualification
- Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 & KS5 (GCSE and ALevel)
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student progress
- A passion for Psychology and the ability to make lessons engaging and inspiring
