Job Description:
As a Videographer & Photographer at Taameer Properties you will play a critical role in creating visually stunning content that communicates our brand s luxury innovation and vision. You will be responsible for producing highquality videos and images across multiple platforms ranging from digital marketing campaigns and social media content to corporate presentations and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Capture highquality photos and videos that highlight the architectural beauty luxury living and unique features of our developments.
- Plan and execute creative shoots for marketing campaigns property showcases and corporate events.
- Develop engaging visual content that aligns with the brand identity and marketing strategy of Taameer Properties.
Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to conceptualize storyboard and produce multimedia content.
- Collaborate with external agencies vendors and stakeholders as needed to deliver on creative projects.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure they meet high standards of quality and consistency.
- Use editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop and Lightroom) to produce polished final products.
Maintain and elevate Taameer Properties visual identity across all channels.- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously innovate and improve content quality.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize and archive multimedia assets for efficient retrieval and use.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company s brand guidelines and communicates the desired luxury lifestyle effectively.
- Work with senior leadership to gather feedback and make datadriven adjustments to visual strategies.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years of experience in videography and photography preferably within the real estate luxury or lifestyle sectors.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in highend camera equipment and lighting.
- Expertise in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Lightroom).
Creative Vision:
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition detail and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative projects that resonate with highnetworth audiences.
Project Management:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
Education:
- A degree or diploma in Film Media Photography Communications or a related field is preferred.
