We operate 24/7 with our department spread across three European sites Ghent (Belgium) Rugby (UK) and Bucharest (Romania) as well as a dedicated team in Johannesburg (South Africa). Our multilingual advisors use their language skills to support customers dealing with international breakdowns. No matter where they are in Europe we take full ownership of the breakdown and ensure our customers enjoy peace of mind. Communication is keywe maintain regular dialogue with the repair dealer while keeping the customer updated on progress. A creative and proactive approach to problemsolving ensures our customers receive exceptional support. Teamwork and collaboration form the foundation of our business.
