Job Description

Tasks
- Lead and evolve our QA strategy by establishing best practices and fostering a quality culture across the organization
- Define and establish processes to ensure quality and performance of our Application.
- Provide technical leadership to the QA team mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in our testing processes and methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and enhance our QA automation infrastructure leveraging modern cloud technologies and AIdriven testing approaches
- Partner with department heads and Clevel executives to align QA initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Software Development or Software Quality Assurance with a proven track record of driving technical excellence
- 3 years of leadership experience in technical or project management roles
- Software development background with handson coding experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams
- Experience working with a Typescript Jest and Playwright testing stack
