Job Description
Position: Assistant /Associate / Deputy Project Manager
Department: Program Management
Qualification: M.Tech/ME/M.Sc./BE/B.Tech(Preference in mechanical Engineering with similar product line experience)
Experience: 10 to 16 years
Location: Work from Office Pune(Chakan) 5.5 days working (There will be seating at the plant in Pune and there will be an alternate Saturday off)
Interview 1st round VirtualVideo Call(Technical)
2nd round Facetoface
(Note: Second round will be facetoface it will be no change even if you clear first round you must go to second round in facetoface
The company will provide you oneway reimbursement if you do not reside in Pune and interview will be held on Saturday also)
Experience in automotive plant is mandatory.
Job Overview
Project Manager will ensure that the project is delivered on time to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications). He/she will ensure the project is effectively resourced and manage relationships with Cross Functional Groups (including all project contributors).
Principle Accountability
Managing and leading the project team.
Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
Resolving crossfunctional issues at project level.
Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
Monitoring project progress and performance.
Maintains Project Risk Assessment log along with mitigation plans
Liaises with and updates progress to project board/senior management
Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
Mentor team members on project management aspects
Education / Experience
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
Proven experience of 9 15 years as Project Management or relevant position.
Knowledge of program management and development procedures
Knowledge of budgeting bookkeeping and reporting
Proficient and Hands on experience in MS project
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detailoriented and efficient
Experience in Automotive field will be an added advantage
