Job Description
Precast QC
As a Quality Technician you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet industry standards and customer specifications. You will be responsible for conducting inspections performing tests and documenting quality data to support our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and a passion for quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections and tests on raw materials inprocess components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document and report quality issues nonconformances and corrective actions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with production teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and guidelines.
Conduct routine audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g. ISO).
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality performance.
Assist in the preparation of quality reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
Must have manufacturing of precast / concrete experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment (e.g. calipers gauges micrometers). - Must be able to work in fast paced quick changing atmosphere.
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulation. - Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to analyze data effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - High School Diploma or equivalent.
