This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned ecommerce professional to lead online sales strategies optimize platform performance and drive business growth.

Opportunity Details

  • Working Location: Onsite Binh Thanh District Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

  • Working Time: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday Friday.

  • Employment Type: Permanent fulltime employment.

  • Compensation: Up to 750 USD gross per month

  • Team Management Responsibility: Leads the Ecommerce team and collaborates with Marketing Warehousing and Customer Service teams.


Role Purpose
The Ecommerce Leader will oversee and execute the companys ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth and optimize performance across online platforms. This role is key in managing marketplace operations analyzing data to enhance business strategies and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to meet business objectives.

Main Objectives

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize performance on ecommerce platforms.

  • Optimize online store operations to improve order processing traffic and conversion rates.

  • Implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to refine ecommerce strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage ecommerce platforms (Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop website) to drive sales growth.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for product launches promotions and customer engagement.

  • Analyze sales data market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

  • Optimize paid ads SEO and affiliate programs to improve visibility and conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with Marketing Warehousing and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth online operations.

  • Manage product listing quality ensuring accurate product details pricing and promotions.

  • Plan and lead live streaming sessions to promote products and engage customers effectively.

  • Monitor and report on ecommerce platform performance recommending improvements where necessary.

  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding ecommerce growth initiatives.


MustHave Requirements

  • Education & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Ecommerce or a related field.

  • Professional Experience:
    • 35 years of experience in ecommerce leadership roles preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.

    • Proven track record in developing and executing ecommerce growth strategies.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using ecommerce data analytics tools.

    • Expertise in managing ecommerce platforms (Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop website).

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).


NicetoHave Requirements

  • Experience in new product development and launching on ecommerce platforms.

  • Previous work experience in a Korean company or familiarity with Korean business culture.
