Job Description
At Ibis London Canning Town we take pride in providing our guests with a seamless and comfortable stay. Our Maintenance Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and remains in top condition. If youre a handson problem solver with an eye for detail wed love to have you on board!
What Youll Be Doing:
Conducting daily inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Performing routine repairs on electrical plumbing heating and cooling systems.
Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are wellmaintained and in excellent condition.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks.
Complying with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues.
Qualifications :
Handson experience with maintenance tools and equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
Basic IT knowledge for maintenance recordkeeping.
