YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- We are seeking an innovative and resultsoriented Executive Manager Conversational Design (m/f/d) to lead global initiatives in designing and implementing AIdriven conversations which provide seamless and consistent customer experiences across all communication channels/customer touchpoints
- Your designed Agentic human like interactions meet the needs of our customers and our business objectives alike
- You will develop globally consistent conversational flows templates and flows across all channels including web mobile apps messaging platforms and voice interfaces
- Ensure the bestinclass conversational experience via virtual agent assistance that automates and deflects the contact handling via voice & chat bots and potentially other channels
- You collaborate closely with the Data Science team to implement Data and API enhancements within Cognigy while continuously reviewing transcripts to drive ongoing improvements in conversational performance
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence Computer Science Business Administration Service Design or a related field
- You have 4 years of experience in Conversational AI chatbot development and customer service automation with a focus on global initiatives
- You possess an indepth understanding of natural language processing (NLP) natural language understanding (NLU) and large language models (LLMs)
- You have strong expertise in Conversational AI platforms preferably Cognigy Genesys or similar technologies
- You have a proven track record of implementing scalable Conversational AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact supported by a datadriven mindset and the ability to interpret complex datasets for decisionmaking
