Job Description

This will be a permanent fulltime role based out of our Auckland office 40 hours a week $70000 NZD per annum.

Join our Xplor Education Vertical as an Onboarding Data Specialist in Auckland to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers experiences. 

The Onboarding Team ensures a successful onboarding experience for new customers to Xplors suite of software payments and parent engagement platforms. Reporting into the Onboarding Team Lead youll makes each customers journey as easy efficient and simple as possible and assists our Onboarding team to achieve their objectives by providing data migration support to our team of Onboarding Specialists.   
 
Help our customers in the effective use and implementation of our products focusing on customer happiness and retention. Some of the other responsibilities youll have:

  • Work closely with the Onboarding Specialists to assist with data specialist tasks particularly data management and data entry. 
  • Collaborate with engineering and our L2 teams to troubleshoot datarelated issues providing SQL query support. 
  • Identify and promptly communicate process flow discrepancies to the Onboarding Team Leader to ensure adherence to the onboarding workflow.  
  • Maintain broad knowledge of relevant company products and services. 
  • Communication of data requirement with customers in addition to supporting each customers data needs through the onboarding process 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. 
  • Advocate customer needs internally. 
  • Identify discrepancies or anomalies in data sets and work proactively to resolve issues. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for data process optimisation and efficiency gains. 
  • Performing other jobrelated duties as required

For this position we offer a hybrid and flexible working model where you will spend 23 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.


Qualifications :

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Specialist to join our Onboarding team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate data insights across various departments.

The primary responsibility of the Onboarding Data Specialist will be to support onboarding processes by analysing and organising large volumes of data identifying areas for improvement in current data processes and presenting actionable insights to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. 
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and accuracy in working with large volumes of data. 
  • Excellent data management and data entry skills with a strong understanding of Excel. 
  • Proven experience as a Data Specialist Data Analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis techniques. 
  • Strong foundation in SQL and experience working with data in various cloud environments. 
  • Strong understanding of database management and data modeling. 
  • Strong project management skills with an acute focus on attention to detail. 
  • Experience using a CRMideally Salesforce 
  • The ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively. 
  • Demonstrated awareness of own strengths and areas for growth and the ability to develop and apply new skills.
