Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce highquality architectural documentation using Revit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop design solutions from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants suppliers and statutory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Apply a strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant regulations in documentation and design.
- Contribute to resolving complex design and construction challenges with a proactive approach.
- Support project leaders in delivering innovative and functional design outcomes.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of drafting and documentation.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural documentation. Demonstrated experience in supporting design teams, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of architectural and construction principles. Strong knowledge of Revit (is preferred), including family creation, template setup, and model management. Understanding of construction processes and methodologies, including Industry Codes and Australian Standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills with the ability to be an active team participant. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design and documentation workflows.
