Actionable Insights
Analysing market and customer data from various sources
Summarising and communicating findings in clear ways internally and externally
Delivering clear and robust insights via a compelling story to your retail customer
Becoming an expert in Soft Drinks advising on all categories not just Sports & Energy
Relationship Building
Build relationships internally especially with National Account and our Field Sales Team
Build relationships externally with Store Managers and Multi Site Operators
Improving Merchandising Principles
Use sales data to give recommendations of how stores should display products in store
Taking merchandising recommendations to store owners to improve flow/sales
Customer Insights
Use Shopper data to understand the shopper & their behaviours instore
Finding ways to grow retail customers through shopper behaviours
Qualifications :
Were not looking for experience or qualifications. Instead we want someone who is:
Ability to build effective and trusting relationships internally and externally
Analytically minded with a curious nature
Enjoys problem solving and working with data/numbers
Organised detailed and commercially driven
Communication & presentation skills
