Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 4000 USD (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and facilitate seamless interactions between clients and suppliers. This role requires strong multitasking abilities a proactive mindset and experience in vendor and client management. The ideal candidate is techsavvy wellorganized and comfortable working in a fastpaced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and suppliers ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Provide comprehensive support to sales representatives in managing client and vendor relationships.
- Utilize Notion Zoho CRM and Microsoft Suite to track sales manage documentation and streamline operations.
- Understand and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) to support drop shipping operations.
- Ensure timely tracking of PO releases for logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on schedule.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor thriving in a fastpaced work environment.
- Demonstrate strong problemsolving skills and a readytojumpin attitude.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customerfacing roles vendor management or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Notion Zoho CRM and Microsoft Suite (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) for drop shipping.
- Experience in the food wholesale or retail industry is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST.
