Responsibilities:
Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests ensuring their needs are met and any requests are promptly fulfilled
Assist in the preparation of dining areas before and after meal service
Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and resolve any issues that may arise
Work closely with the servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
