Role Purpose:
Lead and manage mechanical activities to achieve the maximum reliability and availability production target with safety and optimize maintenance cost to be able to achieve COMPANY production operation requirements strategies and objectives with cost optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop mechanical plan mechanical equipment life cycle plan (52 weeks and 5 years plan) to meet operation requirement and maximum reliability of production plant.
- Ensure the execution of the mechanical work to ensure the plant up time and pump availability for produced water injection produced water booster and reboiler circulation pumps to ensure no interruption to operations and safe manner.
- Plan and manage the development and deployment of a fit for purpose maintenance management process equipment testing program troubleshoots reported deviation in the process related to mechanical equipment to find the root cause & impact and advice corrective actions to be taken perform technical audit and provide feedback and support on operation requirement and ensure facilities are maintainable and safe for operation.
- Advice and support offshore mechanical team on technical and functional aspects of instrumentation work.
- Ensure the contractor provides services that meet the COMPANYs requirements and conduct regular audit to inspect on their performance.
- Ensure availability of mechanical equipment and data interpretation in order to identify corrective actions analysis of equipment failure and incident reviewing technical justifications recommended by modification to ensure the compatibility with existing systems and carry out feasibility studies for various equipment and provide recommendation and alternative solutions/improvement to enhance equipment safety and efficiency in order to maintain and improve integrity to operate at maximum integrity to reach production target.
- Plan and participate in budget of mechanical maintenance activities to be optimum with proper balance between reliability & integrity and maintenance & inspection expense to ensure the mechanical maintenance execution budget to be met with the budget planning.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experienced engineer with at least 7 years experience. This could be maintenancerelated or nonmaintenance related but we prefer someone who has experience in rotating equipment (maintenance or project).
- Engineering expertise in Mechanical Engineering and broad knowledge of other disciplines.
