We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our expanding team and fill an entry level sales to management position. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and progress towards a management position. It will be your responsibility to identify appropriate prospects with the leads provided set appointments make effective qualifying sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories offered. Additionally you will play a critical role in maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Mondays are required office days where you will attend weekly meetings and prep for the upcoming week. You will meet at the Troy location.Service existing client base while acquiring your own.Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforcebased CRM.Focus daily on client management/growth training and leadership development.Advance into leadership.Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in an occasional highpaced environment.Passion for helping people and developing relationships.Sales or customer service experience.Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindset.The desire to be active in the community.Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)Must be at least 18 years of age.Must pass a background check.Must have a valid drivers license & your own transportation.Must have a laptop.*Note that compensation is commission based and any salaries shown are an average for our office but not guaranteed.Compensation details:Yearly Salary
