The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness drive engagement and generate leads. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends and involves executing social media campaigns optimizing digital engagement and driving brand awareness through innovative strategies. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple marketing functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the companys social media accounts (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube etc.).
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
- Create engaging and relevant content including text images and videos.
2. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Measure and review the performance of social media ads and website traffic.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.
3. SEO Optimization:
- Improve onpage and offpage SEO of the website to increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research for blogs and titles.
4. Content Collaboration:
- Partner with the design and development teams to create compelling content and optimize its performance.
5. Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan execute and monitor Meta Ads campaigns including ad set creation targeting and retargeting.
- Conduct Google Ads keyword research competitor analysis and campaign management.
- Manage SMS campaigns.
6. Market Awareness:
- Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
7. Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on social media performance including key metrics and insights.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Graduate or Masters degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Experience: 34 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
