Job Summary:
We need a versatile marketing expert who can strategise create implement and manage all aspects of our marketing. You will be fully responsible for driving brand awareness increasing engagement and boosting sales both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for My Home Design.
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Continuously optimise strategies based on performance analytics.
- Implement new strategies to drive showroom traffic and increase sales.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram Facebook Pinterest TikTok LinkedIn).
- Create engaging content including captions graphics videos and reels.
- Develop and implement a content calendar using PlannThat to keep engagement high.
- Respond to comments messages and inquiries in a professional and brandaligned manner
Website & SEO
- Optimise product listings descriptions and images for SEO.
- Maintain and update the website for the best user experience.
- Implement strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters promotions followups).
- Manage CRM segment audiences and personalise outreach.
- Implement lead generation strategies and nurture potential customers.
Advertising & Paid Campaigns
- Set up and manage Facebook Ads Google Ads and Pinterest Ads.
- Track campaign performance adjust budgets and optimise for ROI.
- Test and refine creative assets for better engagement.
Showroom Marketing & Printed Materials
- Create digital and physical marketing materials for the showroom (brochures flyers price lists branding elements).
- Develop instore promotions and strategies to attract more showroom visitors.
- Design merchandise and branding materials (bags Tshirts packaging etc.).
- Implement marketing campaigns to increase showroom traffic.
Branding & Partnerships
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Identify and engage influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
- Manage PR opportunities and build relationships with industry professionals.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs analyse performance data and generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Adjust strategies based on insights and key metrics.
Tools You Will Use
- Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive Gmail)
- Canva (for social media graphics showroom marketing materials and content creation)
- PlannThat (for social media scheduling and content planning)
- Video creation tools (Reels shortform video editing software)
- Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design software (a plus)
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Fullstack marketing expert who can work independently and execute every aspect of marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing social media SEO email marketing and paid ads.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Techsavvy comfortable using marketing tools CRMs and analytics platforms.
- Resultsdriven must be able to show previous marketing success.
- Selfmotivated capable of working autonomously with little supervision.

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Oversee the social media strategy for the company. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Utilize data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or relevant digital marketing role. Proficiency in using digital marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and similar platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
