Your working day :
Your main mission is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering a
worldclass engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :
- Fluent in Czech & English
- 1 or 2 years troubleshooting experience (Security System Administrator preferred)
- Great communication
