We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification to join our team in London. This is a key role for a pharmacist passionate about advanced therapies and optimising patient outcomes.
Salary £65000
40 hour week Monday Friday (1 weekend per month)
What You Will Do
As an OnSite Clinical Pharmacist you will:
Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber tailoring treatments to individual patient needs.
Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records in line with GPhC standards.
Support the dispensary team by handling complex clinical queries.
Deliver education and training on CBPM to patients clinicians and staff.
Collaborate with the wider team to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
GPhCregistered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
Experience in a clinical setting.
Knowledge of CBPM or willingness to undergo specialised training.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Strong organisational and problemsolving abilities.
A proactive patientfocused approach to care.
