Montu UK is a leading provider of cannabisbased medicines (CBPM) dedicated to improving the lives of patients through innovative treatments and exceptional care. We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification to join our team in London. This is a key role for a pharmacist passionate about advanced therapies and optimising patient outcomes.
Salary £65000
40 hour week Monday Friday (1 weekend per month)

As an OnSite Clinical Pharmacist you will:

What You Will Do
As an OnSite Clinical Pharmacist you will:
- Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
- Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber tailoring treatments to individual patient needs.
- Provide expert guidance to prescribers and patients on treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with GPhC standards.
- Support the dispensary team by handling complex clinical queries.
- Deliver education and training on CBPM to patients clinicians and staff.
- Collaborate with the wider team to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
- GPhCregistered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
- Experience in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of CBPM or willingness to undergo specialised training.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong organisational and problemsolving abilities.
