Job Description
Position : Estimation Clean Room
Job location : Ahmedabad
Salary : 25 LPA
Objective of this position
Prepare Cost Estimates for large scale Projects on EPC basis.
Estimating in compliance with Company standards
Major responsibilities and function of this position:
Thorough understanding of Direct & Indirect costs and Price.
Prepare Cost Estimates in line with scope withing stipulated timelines.
Maintain accuracy of the Estimates without errors & omissions.
Review / analyse quantities / costs based on KPIs execution data market trends etc.
Analyse Project Risks and quantify impact thereof.
Prepare project cash flow analysis.
Understanding of insurance coverages Bank Guarantees etc.
Followup and coordination with other departments for bill of quantities and firming up costs.
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)
Knowledge: Deep Understanding and Knowledge of Estimation and Tendering of Domestic and International projects
Cross Functional: Good understanding on key contractual / commercial terms / clauses
Skills: Good analytical & presentation skills
Behavior (Soft Skills) : Adaptability; Team player
