About the Role:
Join BYD UK a global leader in electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions as a Sales Management Specialist. In this role you will play a critical part in enhancing sales operations across the UK by leveraging data insights automating reporting processes and collaborating with crossfunctional teams. Tasks & Typical duties/responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Collect clean and maintain data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Improve and automate manual reporting processes primarily using Microsoft Excel and related tools.
- Build and maintain intuitive dashboards (e.g. Power BI) to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Partner with teams across marketing sales logistics product development and finance to meet data needs and support strategic initiatives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor data to inform business decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Any other reasonable duties assigned by management and line manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in business administration data analytics marketing automotive management or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in sales management data analysis or business operations ideally within the automotive industry.
- Expertise in analysing market trends competitor landscapes and sales processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables macros VBA) and experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and identifying opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detailoriented organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Adaptable and resultsdriven in a fastpaced environment.
