About the Role
An Outstanding school in Harrow is looking for a Religious Education Teacher to join their wellestablished Humanities faculty. This parttime permanent role begins in April 2025 offering an exciting opportunity to teach RE up to KS5 engaging students in discussions on philosophy world religions and ethics.

Responsibilities
- Teach Religious Education across KS3 KS4 and KS5 ensuring engaging and thoughtprovoking lessons
- Prepare students for GCSE and ALevel exams guiding them in structured essay writing and critical analysis
- Lead discussions on ethical dilemmas contemporary moral issues and global religious traditions
- Work collaboratively to enhance the RE curriculum with modern and diverse perspectives
- Support extracurricular activities such as studentled debates philosophy clubs and academic workshops
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Religious Studies Philosophy or a related subject
- PGCE or QTS
- Experience teaching RE up to KS5
