Job Description
**Position Type: ** Parttime (1020 hours per week)

Bored Panda is a dynamic multimedia production company seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant with a passion for AI technology to join our team. This role primarily involves generating AI voiceovers for YouTube and Facebook videos researching the latest AI tools and staying informed about recent developments in the AI field. Additionally you will assist in general production workflow tasks when needed. If youre enthusiastic about AI and have strong organizational skills this role is a perfect fit for you.
**Responsibilities: **
1. **AI Voice Over Generation: **
Utilize AIbased voice generation tools to create highquality voiceovers for YouTube and Facebook video content.
Ensure that voiceovers match the tone and style of each video project.
2. **AI Research: **
Conduct indepth research on the latest AI tools techniques and trends relevant to multimedia production.
Compile comprehensive reports and summaries of AI developments to assist the team in making informed decisions.
3. **Stay Informed: **
Stay up to date with recent advancements in AI technology and voice generation to suggest improvements in our production processes.
4. **General Production Workflow: **
Assist with various productionrelated tasks such as video editing content scheduling and scriptwriting as needed.
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and maintain highquality standards.
**Requirements: **
Proven experience or strong interest in AI technology voice generation or related fields.
Familiarity with AI voice generation tools and software is a plus.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather and summarize information effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Reliable and selfmotivated capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools (e.g. Monday.com Slack Google Workspace).
