Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
Develop and deliver adapted lessons to meet students individual needs.
Support students social and emotional development alongside academic progress.
Work closely with SEN specialists therapists and teaching assistants.
Use innovative teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.
Collaborate with parents and external agencies to provide wellrounded support.
Who Were Looking For:
Qualified SEN Teacher with QTS or equivalent.
Experience in working with students with additional learning needs.
A patient nurturing and adaptable approach to teaching.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
