About the Role
An Outstanding school in Haringey is looking for a Religious Education Teacher to join their dedicated Humanities team. This parttime permanent position is available for an immediate start providing an excellent opportunity to teach RE up to KS5 supporting students in their exploration of worldviews ethics and belief systems.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Religious Education lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5
- Prepare students for GCSE and ALevel exams ensuring depth of understanding and analytical skills
- Encourage studentled discussions and ethical debates to promote independent thinking
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the RE curriculum with contemporary religious and philosophical topics
- Support extracurricular activities such as studentled faith groups philosophy clubs and academic workshops
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Religious Studies Philosophy or a related subject
- PGCE or QTS
- Experience teaching RE up to KS5
