Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a safe and welcoming online environment for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content such as videos images comments and links ensuring they comply with platform policies
- Enforce community guidelines and remove inappropriate or harmful content
- Respond to user appeals providing clear and professional explanations for moderation decisions
- Work closely with your team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Monitor trends and analyze user behavior to identify potential risks and improve moderation processes
- Share feedback to enhance moderation tools and workflows
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
