Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients in an acute care hospital setting
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication management
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Educate patients and healthcare teams on medication therapies
Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation
Qualifications:
PharmD or Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
1 year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience
Completion of an ASHPaccredited PGY1 residency preferred
