Job Description
This is a remote position.
Are you passionate about delivering toptier customer service and creating seamless memorable experiences for fans As a Fan Experience Concierge you will assist clients in securing exclusive access to live events including sports concerts theater performances and more. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys connecting with people and has a talent for handling logistics with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting and securing premium tickets for sports concerts and live entertainment.
- Provide expert recommendations tailored to each client s preferences and budget.
- Coordinate eventrelated logistics including accommodations and VIP experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ticket vendors hospitality partners and event organizers.
- Stay informed about upcoming events industry trends and exclusive offers.
- Handle booking modifications special requests and lastminute changes with efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding customer service before during and after events.
- Participate in virtual training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with an internet connection.
- Strong communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in internet research and booking platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive customerfirst approach.
- Ability to attend virtual training sessions.
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or event coordination is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Passion for live events sports and entertainment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
- Strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms and VIP experience coordination is a plus.
