Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Engineer to lead the development of our AI Agent platform. In this role you will be responsible for defining the product vision strategy and roadmap as well as collaborating with crossfunctional teams to bring our innovative product to market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact in an earlystage startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop test and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions
Lead and mentor a team of engineers fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture that encourages innovation and professional growth.
Define project scopes objectives and timelines and ensure successful execution of engineering projects from conception to deployment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists researchers and domain experts to design and implement advanced solutions
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in fullstack development
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
712 years of experience in fullstack / Backend development Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js Java or Python
Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
