Job Description

Our client is a leading insurance brokerage firm committed to providing comprehensive insurance solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our team of experienced professionals ensures clients receive tailored risk management strategies and toptier customer service.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and clientfocused Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients providing expert advice and ensuring seamless policy administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Handle renewals midterm adjustments and new business quotations for a variety of commercial insurance policies.
  • Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive premiums and policy terms on behalf of clients.
  • Provide risk assessment and coverage recommendations tailored to clients business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using the companys CRM system.
  • Assist in claims handling and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in commercial insurance handling within a brokerage environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products including property liability fleet and business interruption.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
