Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements translating them into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Conduct crossfunctional analysis and collaborate with technology teams for solution design.
- Maintain a repository of features data maps and system documentation.
- Work closely with design testing and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions define MVP and assess feasibility based on priorities and costs.
- Ensure highquality system design aligned with global architecture principles.
- Support UAT SIT and postdeployment validation to ensure successful implementation.
- Lead problemsolving initiatives and drive innovation in technology solutions.
- Manage vendor collaboration project timelines and cost estimations for system enhancements.
- Provide technical expertise in Cards platforms (CardLink/VisionPlus) and payments ecosystems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7 years of IT experience with 4 years as a System Analyst in cards applications on mainframe platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Cards platforms (CardLink/VisionPlus) and mainframe technologies (CICS/COBOL).
- Experience in largescale Cards migration and crossfunctional system analysis.
- Strong understanding of Cards & Payments industry trends and core functionalities (interest fees loans balance transfers disputes loyalty etc.).
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
- Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities work with remote teams and drive endtoend project delivery.
