I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Texas Education Agency requires the services of 1 Enterprise Architect 3 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Enterprise Architect 3 Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Education Agency.
Foundation School Program
The primary source of state funding for Texas school districts is the Foundation School Program (FSP). This program ensures that all school districts regardless of property wealth receive "substantially equal access to similar revenue per student at similar tax effort.
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/ Preferred Experience 8 Required Architecture design and development of web applications using .NET 8 Required Design Principles 8 Required Proficiency in C# 8 Required Oracle Databases 8 Required Technical Documentation 8 Required RESTful APIs 8 Required Software Architect 6 Required Blazor Server Blazor WSM 3 Required .Net 7.0 and later

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and development of web applications using .NET 8.0 and Blazor.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role.
- Extensive experience with .NET 7.0/8.0 and Blazor.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in C# HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment.
- Extensive experience with Oracle databases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
