Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of spa management experience preferably in a hotel environment.
- A qualified therapist with certifications in beauty therapy massage or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in business development and attracting clients from outside the hotel.
- Exceptional customer service leadership and organizational skills.
- Own reliable transport
- Must reside close to the spa or be willing to relocate at own cost
