Job Description:
We re looking for an enthusiastic creative and detailoriented Social Media Assistant to join our team. This entrylevel role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of social media marketing and grow in the digital space. You ll assist in managing our social media accounts creating engaging content and helping to elevate our online presence. Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn Twitter Facebook Instagram etc.).
- Help curate content that aligns with our brand voice and showcases our market research services.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments messages and interactions.
- Assist in the creation of engaging graphics and visual content (using design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark).
- Help track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay up to date on trends hashtags and popular content within the marketing and market research space.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to help execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events webinars and special research reports via social media.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the social media team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their features (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram Twitter).
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and visual design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva Adobe Spark or similar) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the social media and marketing fields.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
