Job Description
The International China Reporter Intern will cover international content focused on the China region as their regular beat for Modern Treatise.
Responsibilities:
Write a weekly column covering the social economic and political topics related to China from a Chinese perspective.
Special regionrelated coverage.
Duration: 6 months
This is a virtual and unpaid internship. Yet you will gain valuable writing experience.
Official Start Date: April 1st 2025
Qualifications :
The candidate should be adept at understanding the domestic and geopolitics of China.
The candidate should be adept at understanding the nuances of domestic politics across China.
The candidate must be able to look at geopolitical subject matters from multiple perspectives.
The candidate must be adept at relying on factbased evidence rather than political or activist wishthinking.
The candidate should be adept at understanding the evershifting state of the economy or economies of China.
