Responsibilities
- Plan design and implement IT Service Management processes
- Tailor the service measurement framework and define metrics and KPIs that best fit the client environment
- Collaborate with partners and their teams on IT Service Management projects and IT operation improvement tasks
- Prepare and present reports reviews and dashboards based on service performance and quality
- Build and maintain relationships with partners while assessing agreements
- Communicate and consult with relevant stakeholders about servicerelated changes
- Act as the bridge between clients and IT
Qualifications :
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Service Manager
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of Enterprise IT architectures
- Ability to communicate seamlessly between business and IT stakeholders
- A natural mindset for processes and services
- Experience incorporating service specifications measurement methodologies and standards into written agreements
- Confidence in facilitating complex discussions and meetings
- A serviceoriented approach embedded in your mindset
- Determination and the ability to represent client interests effectively
- A proactive attitude always eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey ideas clearly
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lean Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with process design frameworks
