In this role you will recruit talent streamline onboarding and training for clinical research professionals and support personnelrelated documentation flow. You will work closely with colleagues and counterparts from other offices worldwide and become part of the global Training & Resourcing team in a fastgrowing international company.
This is a hybrid position based in Sofia Bulgaria
RECRUITMENT
- Prepare job advertisements actively source candidates
- Create and maintain networks of potential job seekers and communicate with recruiting agencies
- Organize and conduct initial interviews and testing of job candidates for the office/region
- Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs
- Maintain an applicant tracking system
TRAINING
- Organize and conduct induction training of local/regional staff
- Coordinate training activities between company offices
- Track training compliance
- Liaise with external parties for organizing training
MISCELLANEOUS
- Assist in preparation for and attendance at systems audits
- Maintain company staff CVs and training files LMS HR Database and associated applications
- Assist with HRrelated activities locally
Qualifications :
- College or University degree
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or HR in an international company
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or CRO industry is a plus
- Full working proficiency in English and Bulgarian
- Friendly approachable and able to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to plan multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
