We are seeking qualified psychologists to provide career counselling services in schools through Brainwonders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology exceptional communication skills and a passion for supporting students in their academic and career journeys. In addition to working with students the role requires regular interaction with parents school administrators and educators to ensure a holistic approach to student career development.
Key Responsibiliti*s:
* Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at scho*ls.
* Visit the partner school as per the requirement for career counselling purp*ses.
* Conduct 1on1 pre and postcounselling sessions with parents to discuss their childs
progress and explain the benefits of Brainwonders se*vices.
* Design and lead presentations workshops seminars and webinars for students parents
and educational inst*tutions.
* Be wellversed with Brainwonders biometric and psychometric assessments and
communicate the results effectively to students a*d parents.
* Address queries and concerns highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students
academic and pe*sonal growth
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth delivery and integration of Brainwonders
services within the aca*emic calendar.
* Provide training and support for school staff on Brainwonders services*implementation.
* Provide digital content resources literature and rese*rch for guidance
* Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis and/or well mix*groups of all ages
* Candidates with experience in personality intelligence career and clinical testing will be
p*eferred
Requiremen*s:
* Masters/Ph.D. in Psychology or related f*eld
* Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation s*ills
* Experience working in education or a related*field
* Strong understanding of Brainwonders services and impleme*tation
* Ability to travel to schools and conduct *eetings
* Passion for helping students discover their potential and plan for thei* future.
* Experience in marketing or business d*velopment
* Familiarity with the education industry and school administrative structur*s
