Job Description

THE POSITION:  

The Project Manager (PM) plays a critical role in overseeing and executing technology projects within the organization.  This position requires a blend of technical acumen and effective communication.  As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles coordinating crossfunctional teams and ensuring successful project delivery.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and executing project plans. 

  • Leading crossfunctional project teams fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment. 

  • Monitoring project progress identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. 

  • Engaging with midlevel management business stakeholders and technical teams. 

  • Collaborating with vendors and thirdparty service providers. 

  • Demonstrating a commitment to diversity equity and inclusion through continuous development modeling inclusive behaviors and proactively managing bias.    

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.  

Skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to productively interact and negotiate with all levels of customers and company personnel. Continuous (over 75%) 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and embodies a collaborative work style Frequent (5075%) 

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to: perform detailoriented work accurately handle several assignments simultaneously maintain confidential information and produce reports in a timely manner. Continuous (over 75%) 

  • Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Frequent (5075%) 

  • The ability to work independently as well as working collaboratively with team members and leadership on project delivery. Frequent (5075%) 

Education 

  • 4year college degree is required 

Experience and/or Training 

  • 5 years of project management experience preferred. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Experience and/or Training 

  • Budgeting financial tracking and resourcing experience a plus 

  • Health sciences industry experience a plus 

  • Information Technology industry experience a plus 

  • Technology/Equipment Proficiency using the following software/hardware: Microsoft Project Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Visio. The ability to learn and become proficient in company software packages. 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: 

The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. 

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach grasp stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift) walk talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100500 to $110000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience other jobrelated qualifications/skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
