We established the Partner Success function to empower our resellers and help them thriveand it has made a significant impact! As Easygenerator continues to expand we are looking for a highly driven and strategic Partner Success Manager to join our team.
In this role you will own the success of our resellers ensuring they maximize the value of Easygenerator through a tailored handson approach. Your primary responsibility will be to understand each partners unique setup goals and challenges providing customized strategies that drive engagement retention and growth. Success in this role requires strong relationship management project execution and the ability to navigate complex multidimensional partnerships.

 

As an Easygenerator Partner Success Manager you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of reseller partners working closely with them to ensure longterm success.
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to help partners drive adoption revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Understand each resellers business model and goals offering bespoke solutions that align Easygenerators capabilities with their needs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor proactively identifying opportunities for improvement innovation and increased partner success.
  • Facilitate regular checkins business reviews and success planning sessions to maintain strong highvalue relationships.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Product Support and Marketing teams to ensure partners receive the necessary tools resources and insights.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner advocating for their needs and helping shape Easygenerators reseller enablement strategy.

 

Who are we looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience managing reseller partnerships ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive complex initiatives forward.
  • relationshipdriven mindset with a passion for engaging and enabling partners to achieve success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive problemsolving approach with a knack for identifying opportunities and executing solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced evolving environment adapting to new challenges and business needs.
