Your Responsibilities
As our new Year 5 Teacher you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and a passion for learning.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to excel.
- Develop students skills in literacy numeracy and other core subjects through innovative and effective teaching strategies.
- Monitor and assess student progress providing targeted support to ensure each child reaches their potential.
- Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to foster a collaborative learning community.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
What Were Looking For
- A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 preferably in a Year 5 setting.
- A passion for nurturing young learners and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
- A commitment to creating a highachieving classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth.
