Your Role as Customer Service Team Lead
As the Customer Service Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer service experience guiding a talented team and driving operational excellence. Your strategic mindset analytical prowess and leadership skills will empower your team to deliver exceptional service and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Purpose and Influence: Inspire motivate and empower your team by fostering an inclusive and positive environment that encourages growth collaboration and excellence.
- Strategic Planning and Innovation: Develop and implement forwardthinking strategies to streamline processes enhance operational efficiency and deliver a seamless client experience.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Utilise your highly analytical skills to monitor performance metrics identify trends and drive strategic improvements.
- Systems Leadership and Administration: Leverage your strong systems administration skills to optimise operational systems ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Empowering Problem Solving: Approach challenges with a solutionfocused mindset using strategic thinking to turn obstacles into opportunities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between clinical staff support teams and external stakeholders ensuring clear and influential communication at all levels.
- Work Health and Safety (WHS) Compliance: Proactively manage WHS checks ensuring a safe and compliant workplace for all team members.

- Influential Communication and Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes and build meaningful relationships.
- Operational Excellence and Systems Leadership: Advanced systems administration skills with experience optimising operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Time Management and Prioritisation: Proven ability to prioritise tasks manage deadlines and optimise workflows in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Collaborative and Inclusive Leadership: A leadership style that fosters inclusion collaboration and empowerment enabling team members to excel.
- IT Competency and Practice Management Software Experience: Familiarity with industry practices including advanced IT competencies and practice management software. Knowledge of PracSuite and HubSpot is advantageous.
