As a Senior Construction Project Manager at the midlevel you’ll oversee a portfolio of renovations new builds and expansions while managing a team of 5 project managers and fostering strong client relationships. What You’ll Do
Execute construction projects from preconstruction planning with stakeholders to final delivery. Develop assignments timetables and responsibilities for team members throughout the project lifecycle. Organize and direct construction personnel ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment resources. Coordinate with planning commissions governing bodies and subcontractors for costing contract negotiation and remodeling. Lead project meetings oversee critical activities and ensure subcontractors align with expectations. Manage projects profitably ensuring accuracy timeliness budget adherence and scope compliance.

Environment: Onsite office and construction sites with frequent use of computers and communication tools. Physical: Seeing hearing clear speech hand dexterity occasional lifting and site navigation.

1. Project Management Expertise: 6 years of direct experience managing building construction projects including new builds renovations and infrastructure renewals.
2. Supervisory Leadership: 5 years leading teams in construction or engineering fields.
3. Scheduling & Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 plus financial accounting systems.
4. Documentation & Processes: Indepth knowledge of project scheduling and documentation techniques.
5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse groups for successful project outcomes.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Engineering.
2. Certifications: PMP CPM or related industry credentials.
3. Industry Experience: Background in Hospital & Health Care or similar complex project environments.
