• Immunization reviews.
• Compiles information for reporting to various committees.
• Responsible for adherence of Respiratory program.
• Ability to take direction and follow through consistently.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Ability to drive an automobile in inclement weather.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format.
• Must be patient focused and work to improve customer satisfaction.
• Must work within all regulatory guidelines as well as Gold Service and Patient Rights policies.

• 5 years current clinical experience required
• 2 years Occupational Health experience required
• MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) STRONGLY PREFERRED
• DOT Certification for Drug Screening STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Ergonomic Assessment Experience Preferred
  
• Phlebotomy Experience Strongly Preferred
• Valid Driver License Required
